Florian Jaenicke lives with his family of four in Munich, Germany.
He started to work as a freelance photographer after finishing his studies at London College of Printing and Distributive Trades with an MA in Photography (distiction). His client list consists mainly of magazines and design agencys (see tear sheets in „published“), however advertising work and annual reports are things he loves to do too!
Since 2010 Florian is also teaching photography to design students at HS-Augsburg. A task he greatly enjoys.
Next to his commissioned work Florian also ventures regularly onto personal projects which mostly lead to exhibitions.
He exhibited in various places such as Dazed & Confused gallery in London, Münchner Architekturgalerie or the Museum Altona in Hamburg.
The themes go from „The Holy Land, 2000 Years After“ over to „After The Quake, A Journey Through Japan Along Short Stories Of Haruki Murakami“ or „I Want – 32 Americans Express What Is Important To Their Nation“ to „Hopper’s Land, A Journey To The Landscape Of The American Painter Edward Hopper“.
If you would like to know more about this, hook on the page of the wonderful photography magazine „Der Greif“
Or just give him a call and he‘ ll tell you all about it!
